Committee Changes
Vancouver, B.C. March 19, 2009 – NEMI Northern Energy & Mining Inc (the “Company” or “NEMI”) (TSX NNE-A) announces that P. C. Devlin has stepped down as an interim member of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Audit Committee for the Company now consists of W. Durand Eppler, John Byrne and Wayne Waters. Mr. Devlin is no longer a member of any of the Company’s committees.
